Our club has 3 squads competing at the Recreational, Competitive, and Tournament level. Recreational play is open to anyone regardless of skill-level. Competitive and Tournament squads are subject to availability and highly competitive.
As coaches, we know our athletes come first. From health and well-being to performance, everything we do is to help them succeed. Staying on-top of our game is crucial for that success. From head, heart and heat lessons to Emergency Action Planning (EAP) and athlete communication strategies, our certified coaches are prepared to deliver a best-in-class athlete experience.
